Terry D. Cordell

Mr. Cordell was awarded a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, Coral Gables, Florida, and is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of North Florida, and a Masters in Business Administration in Finance, Decision Sciences and Corporate Strategy from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois.

Mr. Cordell's legal experience is focused in bankruptcy, complex commercial litigation and consumer credit rights. Mr. Cordell has litigated complex bankruptcy issues involving ponzi schemes, fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, and the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, and has managed and/or administered numerous receiverships and bankruptcy estates. Additionally, Mr. Cordell continues to serve as a corporate director, trustee, and a court-appointed personal representative.

Prior to co-founding Ovation, Mr. Cordell's experiences include more than eight years of consulting, financial and operating analysis of distressed corporations, financial and operating analysis in support of mergers and acquisitions, business development, and debt restructuring.

Mr. Cordell currently serves as President of Ovation and actively manages our Program Development Team.
