How the Process Works.
- Sign Up as a Client.
Sign up is easy online or by telephone. Simply click here to choose a program. Additional services can be added during the sign up process or anytime thereafter. If you prefer, you can sign up by calling us at 866.639.3426. Our specially trained case advisors can answer any questions you may have.
- Send in your credit reports.
Send your credit reports via email, fax or mail. If you don't already have a copy of your credit reports, just let us know and we can assist you in getting them ordered and sent to us.
- Complete our online Dispute ManagerTM.
This provides us with the specific information we need to most effectively dispute your negative credit reports items.
- Relax.
Ovation will analyze your case and all the information provided to determine the most effective strategy to remove the negative items pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Credit Billing Act, Truth in Lending Act, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, as well as other applicable Federal statutes.
- Forward Responses.
You'll receive responses directly from the credit bureaus and your creditors, if applicable. Forward copies of the responses to Ovation and we'll review the results with you. If necessary, we'll instigate additional measures to enforce your federal rights.
